Magurele Accommodation provides studios and apartments for daily rental in Magurele, Ilfov, Romania. All accommodations are managed by Mares Rentals SRL, a company registered in Romania, located at Aleea Șelimbăr 4, Măgurele, Ilfov, Romania.
a. Booking Process
To secure a booking, you must provide accurate personal information, including name, contact details. By completing a booking, you agree to the specific rental terms for the selected property, including rental duration, check-in/check-out times, and payment obligations.
b. Payment and Deposits
No deposit is required for your booking. Full payment for the rental period is due as specified in the booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods include cash payments, bank transfers and other available options listed on our website. Failure to make payment on time may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
c. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24h before check-in are fully refundable. For cancellations after this period, fees may apply as outlined in the booking terms.

b. Check-Out
Check-out must occur by the time specified in your booking. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

The maximum occupancy for each property is outlined in the booking details. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional charges or the termination of your stay without refund.
c. Prohibited Activities
Guests are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, smoking indoors, or bringing pets (unless permitted by specific terms). Failure to comply may result in penalties or removal from the property.

a. Guest Responsibility
