Over 10 years ago, as a young family, Alexandra and Dorian, the owners of Mares Rentals Residence Magurele, dreamed of building a place where travelers could feel at home away from home, even in a non-tourist destination.
While almost everyone would consider investing in a more touristic destination, Dorian—a forward-thinking and highly talented builder and residential developer—chose to build in Magurele instead, creating a building with serviced apartments.
Though it is not a tourist destination, Magurele has become a place for brilliant students and academics from around the world, as well as talented professionals from diverse fields. It is also a cherished destination for Romanians originally from Magurele and nearby areas who now live abroad and return to visit friends and family.
